Terms of delivery
You can choose to pay by Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, prepayment, Apple Pay,
Amazon Payments or credit card.
In case of prepayment, the customer transfers the invoice amount, which
was communicated to him by e-mail or telephone.
We ask you to pay attention to the following information when transferring
money to our account in order to guarantee a smooth and quick
processing:
Reason for payment: Order number +
customer name.
Paypal: The payment via Paypal is currently and until further notice unfortunately not available.
Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase on account as payment option. When buying on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and you always have a 14-day payment period. The payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). You will receive all payment details directly from Klarna by e-mail. Please note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany. Freight and Delivery Costs
Deliveries outside of Europe, may in individual cases incur additional costs, which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs of monetary transactions (e.g. transfer fees, costs for foreign currencies) or, in the case of deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties and import turnover tax).
Information for foreign bank transfers: Please contact your bank for information about SEPA transfers. This is cheaper and above all as fast as a domestic transfer.
How long does the shipping take?
The dispatch preparation takes up to 1 working day after receipt of payment. All products are packed with the utmost care and attention.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship the goods after preparing them for shipment. The delivery time depends on whether the shipment is to a country within or outside the EU.
The delivery time can not be influenced, depends on the destination country and takes time according to experience:
a) within the EU: 2 - 3 working days
b) outside the EU: 3 - 4 working
days
To which countries do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide (excl. Slovakia).
After dispatch we send an automatic e-mail with the dispatch confirmation and the corresponding link of the tracking system. DHL and DPD needed about 1-3 working days for shipping and delivery within Germany, for deliveries outside the EU and to Switzerland about 3-5 working days.

If you would like to have an
alternative delivery address, e.g. when shipping to a packing station or
company, please enter it in the alternative delivery address area.
Example:
Billing address: Max Mustermann, sample street (no.),
postal code, sample town (would then be e.g. the private address)
Delivery address: Max Mustermann, postal number, packing station (no.), postal code,
sample town.
Return shipments: Note for possible returns (applies to
domestic and foreign countries): Please do not send the goods back to us
freight collect. Please contact us before returning the goods and we will
immediately inform you about the appropriate return procedure. Please
